School Clubs

Extra-Curricular Activities

Now that restrictions are beginning to lift and number of covid cases are reducing, we are beginning to reintroduce some activities

ClubSportsSportss vary according to the time of year, as well as from year to year. They can be organised by staff, parents or visiting teachers. Some activities are free, there are charges for others.

Currently we have lunch time yoga and homework clubs. We have planned activities in the afterschool kids club which are advertised each month. From the second half of the spring term there will be an after school sports club with Mr Rich Darcy.

Our older children have the opportunity to visit  outdoor education centres  for a residential visit.

We are also able to offer lessons in a range of musical instruments such as violins, woodwind, brass and keyboard. If your child would like to learn a musical instrument please contact the school office for more information. Instruments can be hired from the Local Authority and please note there is a termly fee for these lessons. Discounts and remissions apply to families in receipt of benefits. Children are taught individually or in groups, by teachers from the Local Authority Instrumental Music Service.
